WHOLESALE TERMS

Effective August 13, 2026

These Wholesale Terms apply to wholesale purchases from Eco Glam Girl. By submitting a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to these terms.

RETAILER ELIGIBILITY
Wholesale ordering is available to approved retailers purchasing products for resale. Eco Glam Girl may request a valid resale certificate, tax-exemption documentation and business information before approving or fulfilling an order. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn if account information is inaccurate or these terms are violated.

PRICING & ORDER MINIMUMS
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change before an order is accepted.
• The minimum opening order and minimum reorder are one complete 12-unit case pack.
• Star Dusted case pack: 12 retail palettes at $240, or $20 per retail unit.
• Star Dusted master carton: 8 case packs / 96 retail palettes at $1,824, or $19 per retail unit.
• Suggested retail price: $39.99 per palette.
• Products must be ordered in the case quantities shown. Broken or mixed cases are not available unless approved in writing.
• The master-carton price reflects a 5% discount from regular case-pack wholesale pricing.

PAYMENT & TAXES
Payment is due at checkout unless Eco Glam Girl approves other terms in writing. Orders are not reserved until payment or approved payment arrangements are received. Retailers are responsible for providing valid resale or tax-exemption documentation and for all applicable taxes, duties and fees. Approved credit terms, if any, are account-specific and may be withdrawn.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & AVAILABILITY
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to inventory availability, payment approval and retailer-account approval. Eco Glam Girl may contact the retailer regarding shortages, substitutions, split shipments or revised timing before fulfillment.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
• Estimated processing time for in-stock merchandise is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Preorder, backorder or large-volume lead times will be communicated separately.
• Shipping charges are paid by the retailer and are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately when required.
• Retailers are responsible for providing a complete, secure delivery address. Additional carrier charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be billed to the retailer.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Contact hello@ecoglamgirl.com immediately to request a cancellation or change. Requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Customized, special-order, preorder and already-shipped merchandise cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED, SHORT OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Inspect all cartons promptly upon delivery. Report visible or concealed damage, shortages, packing errors or incorrect items to hello@ecoglamgirl.com within 5 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, affected quantities and clear photographs of the products, retail packaging, shipping carton and carrier label. Keep all merchandise and packaging until the claim is resolved. Approved remedies may include replacement merchandise, account credit or refund for the affected items. Do not return merchandise without written authorization.

RETURNS
Wholesale sales are final except for verified damage, shortage, defect or fulfillment error. Unsold merchandise, buyer’s remorse and seasonal sell-through are not returnable. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Any approved return must follow the return instructions provided by Eco Glam Girl.

RESALE & BRAND PRESENTATION
• Products must be resold in their original, unopened retail packaging.
• Retailers may not alter, relabel, repackage, bundle or make unsupported product, safety or environmental claims without written approval.
• Sales on third-party marketplaces, auction platforms or unauthorized websites require prior written approval from Eco Glam Girl.
• Retailers may use approved Eco Glam Girl product photographs and copy solely to market authentic Eco Glam Girl products purchased directly from Eco Glam Girl or an authorized distributor.
• The stated retail price is a suggested retail price, not a mandatory resale price, unless a separate written advertised-price policy is provided.

TESTERS & DISPLAYS
Testers, samples and display materials are not included unless specifically listed in the order or approved in writing. Tester and display availability may vary.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Retailers are responsible for reviewing current product labels, ingredients, warnings, net contents and merchandising instructions before resale. Product specifications, packaging and availability may change as products are improved or regulatory requirements evolve.

LIMITATION & UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
To the extent permitted by law, Eco Glam Girl is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disruptions, supply interruptions, governmental actions or other events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Eco Glam Girl may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
